Jewellery for Insect Conservation

post-image

Dragonfly and beetle conservation is critically underrepresented in both media and conservation initiatives, even as their populations decline at alarming rates. As they are bioindicators, these insects reflect the health of entire ecosystems, yet they receive only a fraction of the attention and funding directed towards more popular species.

My goal is to address this by raising awareness and generating support for insect conservation through a range of handcrafted metal, acrylic, and wooden jewellery inspired by dragonflies and beetles.

I am looking for supporters with experience in innovative, sustainable materials and production methods.

Hi there Leo

This episode - S2E1: Biomimicry with Janine Benyus & Dayna Baumeister https://www.thersa.org/podcasts/regeneration-rising/  would be a good one for your design.
